His experiences with multi-million dollar marketing organizations has prepared him to lead multi-disciplinary teams and deliver exciting results for the business.

Most recently, Donald was asked to lead all of creative at SKULLY - a fast-growing Augmented Reality hardware start-up that is preparing to deliver on over 3000 pre-orders of its first design - a motorcycle helmet with an integrated blindspot camera and Heads Up Display. Through aggressive and experimental ‘give’ strategies - Donald has created go-to-market campaigns for the company that leverage polished branded content.

More than just a designer or an engineer, Donald is a consummate problem-solver, diligent at producing solutions that celebrate both utility and aesthetics to oer people sensorial, memorable experiences. Whether in a studio body or in corporate design, he is passionate about driving creativity and helping organizations understand and activate around the value of design process. He is interested in unlocking the creative challenges of the present in order to open the doors for an innovation to be launched, adopted, and deemed impactful in the future.

The international design community recognized his design leadership to create a new, branded cinema experience while at Dolby Laboratories with a Red Dot award in 2015.
